Update your subscription

If you have received a failed payment email from Social Buddy, you have a few options.

Our system will retry charging your card on file three more times, one each until before it cancels your subscription.  If you card is having a temporary issue and will be resolved within 2-3 days, then no need to take action, the card will be charged.

If you have a new card or what to changes cards on file, email us at support@socialbuddy.com and include your instagram account name.  We’ll send you a new subscription invoice you can pay online.
